This apartment complex is located in the attractive and cosmopolitan tourist centre of Salou, less than 400 m from the inviting sandy beach and Paseo Jaime I. A good selection of shops, countless restaurants, bars and nightclubs are to be found close by (approximately 50 m away). Public transport departs from stops a convenient distance away, 100 m from the complex.

Facilities:
Constructed in 1987, this sturdily built complex comprises a total of 38 apartments spread between two buildings on the same street. Facilities available on the complex include a foyer with lifts, a café and a supermarket. There is garage parking available on the premises.

Rooms:
The main building offers apartments for 2-4 people, which consist of a double room, a fully fitted, tiled bathroom, an American-style kitchen with 4 hobs, an oven, fridge and an extractor hood. There is also a living/ dining room with a pull-out sofa bed (for 2) and a furnished terrace. The additional building, Azahar, offers apartments for 4-6 people, which consist of 2 double rooms, a living/ dining room with pull-out sofa bed (for 2), spacious self-catering kitchen equipped with oven, fridge and extractor hood, fully fitted, tiled bathroom and furnished terrace. In the large apartments the kitchen is separate. A rental television is also available. Linens are provided according to the capacity of the apartment, with the exception of bath towels, and are changed on a weekly basis. Full cleaning is carried out before arrival and on departure. Any use of water and electricity within reason is included in the price.

Sports/Entertainment:
Guests of all ages may make use of the swimming pool.
